Embedding a YouTube Video into your post:
Enter the url of the youtube video in your post within {}. Also instead of using http:// use httpv:// i.e. { httpv://youtube_url_here } Make sure there are no spaces between the bracket and the url.
Breaking up your post:
Select a location to break up your post then press Alt+Shift+T. This makes it so that your post will only display up to the more code. Then there will be a read more link displayed to read the full post.
